  2. When will my subscription begin?
    The first issue of your subscription is sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks after receipt of your order. Occasionally we make an error, or postal service delays may slightly increase this time. Contact our subscriber service department at dayspa@halldata.com if you believe there's a problem.

  3. How do I find my subscription account number?
    Your account number is printed on the mailing label of your magazine above your name. You can also use your email address to access your account online.

  4. How can I update my email address or my mailing address?
    Use the "Manage Your Account" link to update both your mailing address AND your email address. Or email Subscriber Service. Be sure to include both your old and new emails and/or mailing addresses.

  5. How do I stop unwanted email from DAYSPA?
    Every email communication from DAYSPA or its parent company Creative Age Communications, Inc. has a simple one-step opt-out link in the footer area. You may also update your preferences online.

  6. Why does it take so long to get my first issue?
    Trade magazine publishers like Creative Age typically hold new subscriptions until the next issue mails, rather than mail a back issue to new subscribers in order to keep costs down to qualified U.S. professionals.

  7. What devices can I read the digital edition on?
    The DAYSPA digital edition can be read on either MAC or PC devices. You'll receive an email alert when the new issue is available, or view the current issue online. iPhone/iPad users: Download the app today from the iTunes store. Windows or Android users: Download the app from Google Play.

  8. What if I don't receive an issue?
    Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If your magazine doesn't arrive, or if it arrives damaged, email our Subscriber Service Department. Be sure to include your mailing address, phone and email. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend your subscription.

  9. How do I renew my subscription to DAYSPA?
    Easy! Visit the "Renew Subscription" page on our web site. Each year, we will send a series of reminders via mail, email or telephone asking for your renewal instructions. The earlier you respond, the less chance you run of missing an issue.

  11. Do you put my name or email address on other mailing lists?
    If you supply us with your email address, DAYSPA will use it to send you special subscription offers or other information about your subscription. We may also use your email address to advise you about other products, magazines and events from DAYSPA or its parent company Creative Age. If you don't want to receive email from DAYSPA, please visit our privacy preference center.

    Email: DAYSPA may also send you advertising email messages from time to time on behalf of selected industry partners. Many of our subscribers find this a valuable and timesaving service. If you don't want to receive email from DAYSPA, please visit our privacy preference center.

    Snail mail: From time to time we make our subscribers' mailing data available to reputable companies whose products or services we feel may interest you. If you would like your name excluded from these mailings, please email dayspa@halldata.com or call (800) 624-4196.
