2. How do I find my subscription account
Your account number is printed on the mailing label of your
magazine above your name. You can also use your email address to access your
3. When will my subscription
The first issue of your subscription is sent to you within 6
to 8 weeks after receipt of your order. Occasionally we make an error, or
postal service delays may slightly increase this time. Contact our subscriber
service department at firstname.lastname@example.org if you believe
there's a problem.
4. I'm moving. When should I write to inform
Use the change of
address tool, located in the Subscriber Service section of our web site.
If you mail in a change of address, we need at least eight weeks' notice to
ensure uninterrupted service. Please be sure to give us both your OLD and NEW
address. Include your account number if possible.
5. What if I don't receive an
Occasionally, an issue is damaged or lost in the mail. If
your magazine doesn't arrive, or it arrives damaged, email our Subscriber
Service Department at email@example.com or call (800)
624-4196. We'll be happy to replace your missing or damaged issue or extend
6. How do I renew my subscription to
Easy! Visit the renew subscription page on our
web site. Each year, we will send a series of reminders via mail, email or
telephone asking for your renewal instructions. The earlier you respond, the
less chance you run of missing an issue.
7. How can I get back issues of LAUNCHPAD
Back issues are available for $7.50 each (Canada
$13.00, other international $19.00). If you prefer to pay via credit card
here. If you prefer to pay via check, simply enclose payment, specify the
issues you want and send your order with shipping address to: LAUNCHPAD,
Attn: Back Issues, 7628 Densmore Ave., Van Nuys, CA
91406-2042. Allow four weeks for delivery.
8. Do you put my name or email address on other
If you supply us with your email address, we will
use it to send you special subscription
offers or other information about your subscription. We may also use your
email address to advise you about other products, magazines and events from
LAUNCHPAD or its parent company Creative Age. If you
don't want to receive email from LAUNCHPAD, please visit

9. How do I add an email address to my
subscriber profile or change the email address on record?
To add or
change an email address please use our change of address form. If you
don't already have an email on file, you'll need your account number on your
mailing label to look up your account. Or you may call 800.624.4196 and have
our friendly subscriber service staff help you.
Email: LAUNCHPAD may also send you
advertising email messages from time to time on behalf of selected industry
partners. Many of our subscribers find this a valuable and timesaving service.
